This course covers the core concepts in transforming the processes of the enterprise. It includes the proper technique of documentation using BPMN2 the current process standard for documentation. Analytic techniques are presented and demonstrated that provide formal analysis of process structure and change possibilities. Focusing on high yield processes is covered through the most current formal process ranking approaches such as those based on yield versus risk. The emphasis on the digital enterprise and workflow usage today demands consideration of key BPM tools. Typical examples of some of the BPM tools used today are provided through demonstration.

The techniques presented in this workshop provide you with the means to increase results value by using realistic skills and knowledge.
