He has worked on the federal level with the national defense department, Coast Guard for drug interdiction and other projects. From large scale webinars to classroom and personalized coaching, Antonella is committed to enhancing talent, productivity and efficiency using innovative approaches while building collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders., Antonella has earned the CompTIA CTT+ Classroom Trainer certification through her mastery of adult learning principles.

Jayne Logan has over 40 years of project experience. She has been responsible for successfully delivering software and business process improvements across financial, insurance, engineering and non-profit industries. At a major international bank, she was responsible for financial systems worldwide. After successfully replacing the entire suite of financial systems, monthly consolidated financial reporting timeline decreased from 3 months to 1 week. At a major insurance company, she was responsible for the successful delivery of the Client Portal product which allows clients to securely access their insurance and engineering data on-line. She has delivered several new and enhanced products to field engineers working with insurance clients. In her spare time, she donates her project management skills to help non-profit organizations succeed in their endeavors. She has a degree in Mathematics and her Project Management International (PMI) certification.

Michael G. MillerMr. Miller is a senior instructor with Knowledge Consultants, Inc. and has over 30 years of IT experience primarily in banking, securities and insurance as well as experience in retail, telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries. He started in his career computer operations, programming and systems design, and then moving on to consulting roles in enterprise architecture and business intelligence. Michael’s previous consulting roles include National Director of Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence, Executive Consultant CRM COE, and Principal - Management Consultant.

He holds four master degrees (Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications Management and Information Systems Management) and has done over two years of doctoral work in Knowledge Management. He is a board member of the Data Management Association – Chicago Chapter, a Certified Business Process Management Professional (ABPMP) and a Certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect. He is presently a Global Information Architect for a major global bank.
